The staff is professional and caring. Very sweet. Rooms are beautiful, nice size and great decorating as the whole hotel is beautifully decorated. I felt really welcome and at home. Although not many guests use to dine in the restaurant, they should. The menu is great and the quality is really very good. Great cook. Fine wines. I have stayed in many different hotels in Udon Thani, this hotel for me is the best in every way. I will be back :) .

Wonderful hotel with friendly service and every corner is great for photos too. Sadly no amenities 😅 no pool or gym. Usually you can see water damage, mould etc in Thai buildings but not this one. They should build more like this 🥰 Very child friendly too.

Sometimes when I arrive at hotels I get the feeling that I was misled by stock photos or by photos that were taken on a created "set". This was not the case at this hotel. I loved my stay here. This is a great hotel with friendly, professional service, with great attention to detail. The only drawback, in my opinion, was that the music in the restaurant didn't match the welcoming atmosphere that the hotel was otherwise creating. Rooms were perfect, restaurant was great, food was amazing. Definitely a place worth returning to.

Clean rooms, service staff The hotel is decorated very beautifully. There are lots of places to take pictures. Who likes Indian style? There is also a saree for rent to take pictures with. The hotel is not far from the airport, convenient to travel.
